What is a Primary Care Network?
A Primary Care Network (PCN) comprises of GP practices working together with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services.
PCNs are led by Clinical Directors who may be a GP, general practice nurse, clinical pharmacist or other clinical profession working in general practice.

Because we are part of a PCN we can take advantage of additional staff roles that are now available to support all our patients.
